Cancellation Policy

Deposit of €300 is paid upon booking. Balance should be paid at least 48 HOUR PRIOR to the SECOND LESSON. *Deposits and balances are non-refundable - Students are expected to have their own computer, with a stable internet connection and at least a working knowledge of computer/internet functions. - This is a 4-person session provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may find yourself in a virtual classroom with people of varying age groups, races, nationalities, etc. You are expected to treat all participants and instructors with respect. - Sitecrafters Academy conducts itself like any other school. Inappropriate conduct will be dealt with accordingly, and may be met with suspension or expulsion depending on severity. Students removed from the program under such circumstances are not entitled to compensation, and may be prevented from signing up to further services. - Likewise, any absences will be at your own expense. Make-up classes may be available upon request, and if you find yourself unable to attend the course in general, you may request to be moved to the next semester. (Starting in May) - Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the site within one week of date. Students can access these until January of the next year, when the site will be refreshed. - Any media, materials, etc. provided by Sitecrafters Academy (either on the site or by email) are considered our intellectual property. We ask that you do not distribute them without permission.
